Robert Jeffers – Long Beach Marina Impound Manager – Originally started 30 years ago as a ship arrest security guard for Nielsen Beaumont. He has performed more than 4,000 arrests including warehouses, containers, ships, etc. The supervisors and deputies with the US Marshal’s Service (many of which he has trained) always request that we send Mr. Jeffers. He is admired and respected as the “walking encyclopedia” of maritime vessel arrests…PERIOD. Many of the retired supervisors and deputies for the Marshal’s Service visit Mr. Jeffers or call him on a regular basis. He has a wonderful way of explaining and assisting maritime attorneys with their arrests.
